Angel’s Touch Hospice has a highly skilled team of professionals dedicated to providing the very best care.
Our clinical team consists of:
Hospice Physician – Will review care for optimal patient management, support the patient’s primary care doctor, and may take over primary care of the patient.
Registered & Licensed Nurses – Make routine visits, implement a plan of care, administer medication, and provide symptom/disease management and education.
Certified Nursing Assistants & Home Aides – Assist patients with all personal care needs, including bathing, changing, feeding, and activities of daily living.
Interdisciplinary Team – Includes social workers, bereavement counselor or chaplain and physical therapists to provide support to our patients and their families.
